The quality of this valance is absolutely amazing and the color is true to what you see in the photo ...excellent decision to buy this valance!!

This is a very pretty valance! It is a blue/grey color on white. Made of a Polyester material, with a floral print that appears faded-out in sections. Unfortunately, it almost looks too faded, like the ink they used for printing it was almost out or didn't adhere correctly. I expected a more vivid effect. It does have a back liner, to prevent sun-fading. Overall length is 16", but it is 14" from the bottom edge to the top of the rod insert. It is nicely sewn. Special cleaning instructions are on label.

Beautiful valance. I remodeled my pantry and the valance is an nice touch. The colors are perfect and nice quality. Definitely recommend.
