Couronne florale artificielle 22 po pour porte d'entrée

I ordered this item for a gift for a friend's 90th birthday and had it shipped to her home. It arrived in a plastic bag, smashed. I thought it would have been shipped in a box. Wayfair really should mention this to their customers when they order. I would not have ordered it. It looks nothing like the photo of the item I ordered. Wayfair gave instructions inside the bag to hang the item upside down for a period of time and the blow dry it to rearrange the flowers and greenery!!!! Really Wayfair are you nuts!!! How do you hang a wreath upside down? I'm so embarrassed. This was a gift and it's not worth $5. I paid $60. Future customers don't order items like this from them that are packaged inappropriately. Also the item does not look like the photo. I've attached 2 photos, the first one is Wayfair photo the second photo is after my friend tried to adjust the flowers and greenery to look better. I'm not sure I'll ever order from Wayfair again.

Feels smaller than 22 inches. Glue strings everywhere flower texture is inconsistent. Overall would not say it looks as good as the picture. Wouldn’t buy again.

It’s even more beautiful than the pic portrays it to be, I purchased as a wedding gift to two people I love but who have everything & needs nothing, they loved it, it’s quality is superb & reasonably priced

Pretty but feels smaller than the 22inch size. Foliage also not as robust as is in the picture.
