These are statement curtains for my project converting a former sunroom into a TV room. The existing window coverings are quality custom bamboo roll-up shades providing good coverage for the many windows. BUT though they are lovely, the style wasn't as appropriate as I wanted. When I saw these online I knew they were the answer. And they are. Hanging on a continuous rod they break up the "severity" of the room, adding texture and color while complementing the existing bamboo shades. I'd struggled with other options when I realized that the cafe curtain provided the exact effect I was attempting. The color is rich and subtly blended. AND they were on sale! So the 5 pair I needed was well within budget. These curtains are linen AND lined AND have an amazing "built-in" fabric hanger. They are a great addition to any setting.
