It’s a beautiful print! Overall, I’m quite happy with it. The room is still in process but here’s a look at it in the “raw”.
Notes
The wallpaper is having trouble staying adhered to our walls. (All painted and clean prior to application). We used a little glue to help and will do crown molding around the next.
Where the dark seam lines up to one another, a very slight lineseam appears. It’s not eye catching, just something to be mindful of. The paper is wonderfully thick so a little seam shows so slightly in the black areas.
When using a rag, or paint roller, or wallpaper brush to roll across the paper while pressing inremove bubbles… use something entirely soft. I scratched a little of the paper with my wedding ring. It’s not bad, but I was certain not to do it again )
It’s a two manwoman job - even for the most industrious of us! I thought I’d tuck away while dinner was cooking and get it done alone. Thankfully my eldest son popped in to spend time with me and what unfolded became a wonderful comedy scene! I suppose it could be done “one person” if the top of the paper stayed put … but… mine didn’t and instead, curled onto itself then into my hair! Oh well… good stories!
Ask me if I’d buy again - Yes! It’s beautiful!!
