If I could give 0 stars I would. This adjustable wedge appears nothing like the product pictured. It arrived in a package the size of a throw pillow. I assumed it would expand once the package was opened. Sadly it did not expand. It would not prop anyone up using it as a wedge. The pictures show how wrinkled the material is. It is poor quality.

Genuinely displeased with this poor quality disaster that looks nothing like the pictures that are a part of the listing. Part of the problem was that it arrived wrapped and strapped into the tiniest block or brick form, something I'd hoped would expand once it was out of the package, "fluffed," and allowed to breathe. Sadly, that didn't happen, so days later it is a wrinkled, ugly mess. It's also inadquately filled so that it doesn't provide the promised support. I'll be donating it to a charity shop since it's a genuine pain to return things to Wayfair, particularly as a Member of the Tried & True Program, who are treated like "ingrates" when we dare to mention that a product we've received in exchange for an honest review is of poor quality. I was actually told, "You got it for free, so why are you complaining?" when I complained about a previously received low-quality product. This review is unlikely to be published, unfortunately. Negative reviews are censored and go unpublished if you are a part of this program. They don't actually want to know what you think.
