Coussin Amal 20X20

This is so cute. I love the yellow around the pillow. The pillow is easy to wash and you can take the insert out very easily with a zipper. The insert is just perfectly stuffed. I really like the texture as well it’s comfortable to lean back on. Very happy I got this

This pillow comes shipped in a thin box, shrink-wrapped in plastic. So it takes some doing to get the polyester fill plumped up. And even then, the insert is really not usable. It’s too flimsy. If you like the pillow cover itself, just expect to buy another insert. The cover is fine. It’s well-sewn. What’s really nice is that the linen fabric is pleasantly soft—and that’s fairly uncommon. The zipper is near the edge (but not on it) and covered with a flap. I took one star off because the insert is terrible.

The quality of the linen is extremely poor (linen is supposed to be irregular and textured but not rough like burlap and with snags and dirt marks). And the “chic mustard trim” is a loose-stitched single thread and not what is commonly understood to be fabric trim. Plus the pillow smells terrible. But, yes, the trim is mustard. I’ve gotten other things from Safavieh that I loved, but this is just not good enough to use inside your home. Since I couldn’t return the pillows, they will be used outside. Bummer.
