Clock was received in fair shape. I don't know why the clock hands were already installed on the clock when it was shipped. The hands got bent during shipping. Need to replace them. Also did not get all the installation parts like the instructions showed. Outside of the clock mechanism, the wall hanging looks nice but was also slightly bent. Nothing I can't overcome and fix but just not what I expected.
