This blister is exactly what I needed for my stretching! It feels great to my back and neck to lay on it in yoga floor stretches. I will also use it as a seat when playing my hand pan drum! Highly recommend!

Great quality, very pleasantly surprised. Very bright orange, which is fine for us. It's VERY firm, but I could tell that from the pictures and the way it doesn't compress much under someone's body weight. This is great for us, because we'd like to have pillows of different shapes and firmness in the room we're putting it in.
