The picture is fabulous, love it. But the low rating is due to the delivery and delivery notification. The experience was not on par with any other company that delivers. The first delivery date was missed and there was no notification. Then the next delivery date was an additional week and then the package showed up two days after the initial delivery date. Delays happen and that’s not an issue. The communication around the delivery needs a lot of improvement.
