Not good. It took a long time for the blinds to arrive & when they did they were wrong. I ordered cream & received cocoa. The CSR tells said I ordered cocoa and they sent me cocoa. I beg to differ & sent her the photo of the 2 which are clearly different. I needed cream w/white metal as it is going on a white door but rec'd coca w/dark metal.

Not what is pictured, different colour headrail and blind, blind is almost black and headrail is black.

The Shade itself is a very good quality. But it is absolutely not what is pictured. In the picture it says if the Shade is cream, as does the name indicate. But according to Wayfair return policy, you have to look in the specifications where it tells you that the Shade is Coco.
