Pretty but it does look plastic fake.

I ordered a Bromelaid Floral arrangement but when it was delivered I could hear glass rattling in the box. When I opened the carton I noticed the pot holding the plant had broken. The exterior of the box was not damaged. There was a zip tie holding the plant pot securely in the box. I believe the tie was tighten too much which caused the pot to break. I have shopped with Wayfair for many years and this is the first time I have had an issue like this. I called Wayfair customer service and sent them a photo of the pot and they replaced the floral arrangement for me. I am extremely happy with my replacement item and the service I received. Thank you Wayfair!!!
