Either configuration is an incredibly awkward angle for reading in bed. I do like it supporting under my knees when I need to take pressure off of my lower back while laying down, but that isn't the reason I bought this in the first place so I'll definitely be looking for another option. The kids like it as an inclined pillow to lean against while watching TV so we'll keep it.

I bought this to replace my daughter‘s old wedge pillow. She likes it for sitting on the floor or bed against the wall.

The cushion was for my husband and it has worked wonders for his back. He loved the fabric and the way it helps his lumbar, has great support. Great buy

The quality of the product was good but it simply was not comfortable for sitting up in bed to read.

This is great for sitting on the floor to read but not made for a bed. I was looking for more of a pillow and this has a hard structure behind the pillow. It really doesn't fit at all where I wanted to use it but I will see if I can modify it
