This clock came in damaged. It is the first time I have had a problem with any shipments. The clock is beautiful just what I wanted but the hands are loose and don’t work

Terrible!! First one arrived with a dangling clock hand. Replaced it with another one and this one has a dangling clock hand and a screw thing fell out of box- it’s broken off the back of the clock. Don’t waste your money!
