This item is listed as a 24 inch wreath protector pad, but the overall size is only 16-17 inches in diameter. It does not remotely cover the back of any of my 24 inch wreaths. I wanted to return at no cost to me due to the inaccurate item listing name. I contacted customer service on 112424 and was told I would receive a response in 1-3 business days. Today is 12724 and I have not received any further communication. Highly disappointing.
