This purchase was a big disappointment. I received a pair of bottom portions of the set of kitchen curtains on my initial purchase. I spoke to customer service, and they told me they would send me the swag replacement. After a couple of days into the new year, I received a pair of bottoms again! So I now have 4 bottom pieces and no swag! This is ridiculous. The package does have a picture of what you are supposed to get with any specifications or dimensions. (Its as if I bought this from an international website.)

These curtains are beautiful to use during the Christmas season. They are such good quality that I wish I could use them year round.

Curtains are lovely. Been back and forth about the swag part. When I ordered, the swags were included in the product detail. Have yet to see them.

Had to return, wasn’t what I was expecting.

Product was ordered, was recent twice, still incorrect. Customer service dept was wonderful they did everything possible to try and correct the situation but it was beyond their control. I was not upset these things can happen in packaging or incorrect info of the product. Your customer service dept was extremely professional, polite and helpful.
