As a horse lover, and the great appreciation of the beauty of wood, I LOVE this teakwood horse head sculpture! I treated my sculpture with Tung Oil, which brought out the richness of the teakwood. My photos do not do the teakwood horse head sculpture justice, as after the Tung oil, it brought out the impressiveness of variable, rich teakwood tones. This sculpture is a thing of beauty, for which I receive many compliments. Most importantly, it makes me happy! Do I recommend? Absolutely!

I so wanted to like this and fully expected it to be different from the photo. It was actually very similar to the picture but man was it ugly! And BIG. It's a BIG, heavy piece. Very impressive in that way but in reality it looks like a gift that everyone would just keep regifting. Packaging was perfect.
