This wreath would have been perfect had it not arrived damaged. One of the red ornaments was smashed and it had missing berries/branches.
I made the best of it and turned the broken bulbs so that the smashed part wasn’t showing and tried to bunch the berries better to hide the damaged areas. Someone who didn’t know it came damaged probably wouldn’t be able to tell, so could it have been worse? Yes. Of course, but when you buy something online, you obviously expect/hope that it will arrive in one piece. This item was packaged well so it was more likely due to it being handled by too many people(FedEx etc) and was clearly not “handled with care”.
Although I’m disappointed because I was really hoping this would arrive in one piece, wayfair did give me multiple options on how to make it right (refund,replacement,discount etc).
I would have loved a replacement but I obviously wasn’t confident that the replacement would come intact either, so I opted for the discount instead. Shipping was 2 days as promised and I was pleasantly surprised because we were in the middle of a winter storm.
Although, I would have been happier had it been a day or two late and in one piece...
It is very pretty, and I would have given 5 stars had it not arrived with the broken bulb(broken berries were disappointing but not as much as the broken bulb) and because of Wayfair’s eagerness to make things right.
I do recommend opening outside or in the garage if you have one because the glitter and fake white snow will make a terrible mess right out of the package.
