Bougie chauffe-plat Artisan (Ensemble de 6)

Long-burning, not smoky, and eventually it did burn the entire candle (I don't like the ones that leave a rim of unburnt wax -- I was skeptical based on early performance pictured here, but, indeed, the whole candle did eventually burn! I tend to leave them burning for many hours on end). I can't really describe the scent -- it isn't citrus, it isn't floral exactly -- but it is quite subtle, anyway; didn't do much for my room but that's better than an overpowering scent. They would be lovely as gifts since each is wrapped in its own individual box.

Artisan essential oil awake scented tea light candle is well made. Smells very pleasing and homely. It was well packaged and arrived timely. I like burning candle on my entryway table, it is perfect but it’s in a tin like container so might get very hot after long hours of burning so handle with care!

These candles are great for a couple of reasons. The first is that they are in a tin that can be closed after use. It keeps the candle and wick fresh. The second reason is that they are perfect size to keep in our go bags. We live in California and with all the fires we’ve had the last few years we need to be able to evacuate at a moment’s notice. Not knowing where we’ll spend the night it’s nice to have our lights with us. They’re great for our “COVID careful” al fresco dining with family too!

I ordered the AWAKE version of these tea light candles. They are larger than normal tea light candles, and the decorative tin they're packaged in are attractive. I've burned one down to the end so far, and it lasted about 15 hours. I am hooked on the soy candles, as they last longer, burn more evenly, and don't much smoke up. These came in a pack of 12, so that's a lot of usage. The scent claims to be lemon and jasmine. I can't smell any citrus, but it does smell a little sweet. Overall the scent is very subtle, almost too subtle. I used in a small bedroom, so I expected more smell.

These are nice candles that burn slowly without giving off much scent. I love that they come with a lid so I can close them up and not worry about the wax spilling. I would prefer a bit more scent but these may be ideal for those sensitive to odors.
