Love the item but came with a cracked #7 cover. The wsyfsir rep helped me through my options and they are replacing it. Good quality to click but the box came a bit damaged from fedex so it is not the doing of wsyfsir. Looking forward to the replacement

Product does not look as sturdy in person (compared to the photos available at the time of purchase). Plastic covers over the numbers are very shiny and make it hard to see the numbers if certain lights are on in the room. Product arrived damaged but Wayfair resolved everything within three days. Product looks great in my living room and would not be so critical if the purchase price was lower to start. I had different expectations based on the price.
