This clock looks amazing. I ordered two and one worked well and the other is being returned and a new one sent to replace it. Hopefully the new one will work. The hands were bent and they keep getting stuck on the numbers. Nothing we tried fixed the issue, so a new one is being sent.

The clock came with no instruction sheet. The minute and hour hands repeatedly collide and stop movement. I've attempted to spread them apart, but the issue keeps reoccurring, and I've had the clock for only 2 days!
