Looks great. Good quality. But there are 4 spelling typos on the exercise names.

I previously ordered a less expensive smaller poster for the same type of workout. It turned out to be way too small for me to read or use for real exercising. I decided to go with the largest one this time, better safe than sorry, it worked out better. It's expensive but the thing is huge! It comes on a canvas to make it easy to hang and it's legible enough for me to use with my weights. I furnished my home gym from Wayfair with the exception of the weights, stand and hand grips. Now I just need to get pics on the wall and it's a complete gym. I'm happy to have this guide so I don't have to go to a gym or spend $$ on a personal trainer. They're great but very expensive. This saves me $100s. I do recommend it but just don't buy one that's so small you can't see or read it for your workout. This is a perfect guide for me.

What a great canvas for the gym. Looks retro and feels sturdy. Will hang on a nail. Would recommend
