This item wasnt delivered and the replacement also didnt arrive. They are saying Im not due my replacement or a refund because the time they are saying it was delivered has expired but I let them know that the item was missing well before the time frame. They are also stating that the item was delivered but I had two items delivered that day and the other item was larger. I think if someone took it they would of taken both items. Now the only way to get a replacement or refund is to make a police report. This is for a 30 something item. Completely ridiculous
