arrived with mirror completely shattered and unfixable, totally splintered glass..not just a crack or 2. also arrived without any way to mount and with a crack in the wooden shelf

The mirror is solid and looks great but the shelf leans forward slightly which is frustrating.

Perfect for my spot. Love the wood finish

Although some natural wood color variation is normal, the color that I got is significantly lighter than pictured; that's OK, I still like the design and it seems very sturdy. I'd give it 4.5 stars except for a major manufacturing flaw: the shelf is designed to slide onto a pair of metal studs screwed to the wall, but the holes drilled into the back of the shelf are far too small to fit onto the studs. The holes are only slightly too snug, but the main problem is they are about half as deep as they need to be. So the shelf can't be mounted at all. I've asked for replacement parts, hopefully that will fix it. (If you are thinking, well simply drill the holes out, I thought of that, but I don't want to cause any damage and I don't have a drill press to ensure that I drill it straight. If not straight, the shelf won't sit right. Also, that's not my job, that was supposed to be somebody else's job. ) Update: I did get a replacement set of hardware, with the same issue. I did have to drill out the holes, and it came out OK. BUT... after several months, a crack appeared in the glass! We are a middle-aged couple, no kids, no animals and the mirror is in a basement space, it did NOT get impacted by any projectile... it just cracked. Looks like a stress fracture, maybe the frame expanded/contracted, because the glass is glued to the frame (rather than set into the frame)? Oh well...
