The material itself I have gotten wet by accident and it doesn't affect the paper itself nor does it peel at all. The only thing I had an issue with was trying to peel it off to attach it to the wood but other than that no complaints very pretty! I can say

As a renter and not homeowner easy installation and removal is super important to me. I do love the texture and dimension it adds to my space, but I'm not looking forward to taking it off when my lease is up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have mixed feelings. This wallpaper reminds me of hospital wallpaper. It looks and feels like vinyl, which kind of makes it seem cheap to me, and while it might make it easier to keep clean, I think the texture might backfire in that context and trap dirt and dust. It feels and smells plasticky. The textured design is nice, I like the leaves, but the muted tone is hideous. It feels like I’m sitting in a waiting room.

Being this wasn’t tested fully with install installation I can’t speak on that. What I can share is my thoughts on the actual sample size I received. The paper has a nice heft to is so it could potentially offer additional longevity with the wear and tear as time moves on. The color is pretty and looks to be a shade of sage yet neutral enough in flexibility with any accent colors you would bring into your space. The texture is additionally pretty adding interest to the subtle design. The design is suitable for both genders where you could bump up feminine details or create more masculinity On those points I would recommend .
