Arrives with styrofoam sticking to the frame that has melted into the finish of the frame. Frame is finshed rough, not smooth. Returned the first one for a replacement because you can't just get your money back. Replacement arrived with the same problem. Now I am left sanding/painting the frame. Do not order this product - Wayfair should not sell and offer a money back return.

Mirror frame was damaged when received. The paint around the frame was ruined due to the packaging. Ordered a replacement mirror which was received 2 days ago. Same problem. The packaging ruined the paint around the frame. I asked Wayfair if they would discount the item and I would sand and repaint the frame. Wayfair declined. DONT order a mirror from Wayfair. Will be received damaged a huge hassle to return a big mirror.
