First(and last) time ordering pillows that come with an insert! I am a senior with arthritis and trying to squeeze the insert into the small opening plus navigating the tiny zipper pull was a nightmare. And the velvet cover had creases where it was folded into the plastic bag. I understand packaging this way makes shipping alot easier but I just want to be able to open the box and toss the pillows on my couchchair and relax!
