Perfect addition to our back yard haven

This clock is gorgeous and quiet and the numbers are easy to read from far away. However, the clock I received has an issue with the clock mechanism and the two hands overlaps always at the position indicating 7:40 and stopped moving as they got stuck together. I reached out the Wayfair for resolution and got the below answer: "We have just learned that our manufacturer is unfortunately unable to send the replacement part we ordered for your new Wall Clock. As a result, your part request has been canceled. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. In order to rectify this and to ensure you have a perfect item, we will be sending you a full replacement for the item at no cost to you." A few days later, I received a box smaller and looking totally different from original order, with a sound of broken glass. I really didn't expect to receive trash as replacement. Good luck if you consider buying from WESTCLOX. For me it was waste of time and money.

Great clock, keeps great time and looks good in my wall

The hands of the clock are silver & very difficult to see. Not as pictured here

As explicitly explained in the previous survey, this clock's [picture above] hourly/minute hands clearly appear to be a "black metal" on the Wayfair website (even with the zoom feature), also show "black metal" clock hands on the confirming order email and on the picture on the side of the original packaging of the clock when it arrived. In reality, when the original and the replacement of this clock arrived, the hourly/minute clock hands are either a light gold metal or a light brass color metal and NOT "black metal." Due to the light color of the clock's hands, it is extremely difficult to read the time from even 5 feet away, much less from across the room. Kind of self-defeating since it is a good sized wall clock.
