Whoever packs the items, does not do so with much care. I ordered this lovely, framed print and it arrived completely damaged. It was not wrapped in anything inside the box. No bubble wrap, no styrofoam. The good thing was that I was sent a replacement straight away. However, it arrived in much the same condition as the first.
