The sign itself is very nice. However, during purchase, it simply asks one to "enter name" for personalization; it doesn't specify that you should also include the ('s). Now I'm stuck with a sign that isn't quite what I wanted, with no opportunity to return it. Perhaps better wording during personalization would be "Enter name as it should appear".
