Very poor quality clock! I’ve received two of them. The first is pictured here with the hands all scratched up and the second had a dangling useless hour hand. And even if they weren’t damaged, the finish on the hands are different from the body of the clock and not very attractive. Looks cheap.

This item came in a package that had obviously been returned before. I was out of town and missed the deadline to return. When I opened the package it was very poor quality - hence the reason it was probably returned before. Customer Service basically said can't help you, sorry for your luck!
