Extremely beautiful piece. Was looking for a wall clocks for months until I got this one. Just has metal bumps on the main side which is evident from far. Delivery quality wasnt good as all the sides were not protected and I think that also caused the bumps on the side. Minor bumps you wont be able to see when its hung up on the wall. Sadly the two big bumps are visible. Will be speaking to customer support and hoping they will send a new piece

This clock is a beautiful large clock. It will get your guest attention. That’s why I gave it 2 stars. Unfortunately, the entire process took way too long. I ordered it in May. Wayfair charged my credit card on June 5th prior to shipping. On the 12 June I contacted them because tracking was still showing not shipped. They could not give me a shipping date nor an estimated time of delivery. When I requested to cancel the order and a full refund, they said they were not able since the order was placed over a month ago in May. Their website states if the order has not been “shipped” you can request it to be cancelled. I requested to speak to a supervisormanager on 2 different occasions. They said they will put in a request for someone to contact me. A week later, no one has contacted me. After several attempts, today the clock appeared on my porch . Unfortunately, I have to return it after all of the hassle. The clock was well packaged in double large boxes. But the clock was severely damaged. The metal was dented in several places. The top was completely caved in and exposing all the raw unpainted welded metal. There is no way to fix it because the round front is not evenly placed all the way around.

This clock is perfect for our great room. Needed a big bold item for a 16 ft ceiling and this does the job. Couldnt be happier. Super easy to hang.

This clock is a show piece! It arrived w a tear in the packaging that caused a small ding on the clock that I didn’t notice until my handyman had hung. Wayfair was extremely helpful in either returning clock or giving me a 25 reduction in price.
