Love the mirror but will never order one from them again. It took 5 tried to get one not broken in shipping. I needed 2 matching for my master bath. One arrived fine so unless I wanted to pay to ship it back I had to keep trying for one to arrive unbroken.

I needed 3 of these for our Master Bathroom. After 4 attempts, I’ve received 12 completely shattered mirrors. The first 9 wayfair instructed me to simply discard. This last time, I decided I would just keep them and put new glass in the existing frames. However, now wayfair is requiring me to send them back. After several very unhelpful emails with customer service they e left me with 2 choices. 1. Pay full price for shattered mirrors. 2. Send them back and try again for a 5th time. Their incompetence is not my fault! This is the most ridiculous and poor customer service I’ve ever seen. The email from the customer service representative said, and I quote, “we are unable to control the shipment once our carrier picks up the item”. They won’t even take responsibility for the 12 (literally 12) mirrors they’ve sent me that we’re all completely shattered. This is an outrage!
