High quality mirror, solid wood frame. The gold finish has been lightly "aged", which keeps it from looking overly bright and gaudy. It has a very classic appearance. My only issue is that I was sent the completely wrong size and it won't fit in the location I had intended it for - I ordered the 15.5x15.5 and was sent a 13x29 (approximate), so I now have long rectangular mirror rather than a square. It's still a lovely mirror so I'm going to keep it and just put it in a different location.
