Where do I start It arrived over 4 months after original estimated ETA with no proactive communication from seller or Wayfair. I had to log in to my account to get very vague shipping info. Since it was a semi-custom order and there have been universal shipping delays, I gave it much more time than typical. However, no emails were sent alerting me to delays. I eventually called to find out what was going on and Wayfair customer service was friendly and became very proactive, but it took me inquiring months after when I was first expecting it for that to happen. The first one was “lost” by postal service which was part of the delay, and I still received it, but it was very damaged. It also had signs of poor quality when I examined it. It was like the cutting machine wasn’t long enough and it had to startstop leaving a fringe or two. It was stretched due to damage and therefore unusable. A second one was sent and arrived quicker, but the shipping details via my account were just as vague showing an expected delivery date which was surpassed by about a week. I was getting ready to cancel when it arrived. This one wasn’t destroyed but had dirt on it even though packaging was intact. It was as if someone dragged it on a dirty warehouse floor after rolling it up. Installation was relatively easy since I’ve done these before, but it’s not fully adhering. I used a credit card to smooth it out, but there are areas it’s becoming unstuck only a few hours after installing. This one has clean cuts unlike the first, but absolutely NOT worth the money. Bottom line is that this thing was SO expensive and such a headache, I wished I had cancelled early on and got my money back. It’s worth maybe 30 tops!
