Miroir Renee

This is a beautiful mirror. I love the scalloped corners, they add a beautiful detail. I haven’t hung it up yet, I really just need anchors. But all the hanging equipment on the back is well placed and sturdy.

As you can see this mirror is broken. This is the second one I have received broken and the first one was shattered. They let me return the first shattered mirror but will not do the same for this one. I’ve been told it’s ineligible for a return or replacement. This has been a serious problem with Wayfair. Their customer service stinks. Something from Tried and True that’s trash is worthless to me.

Unfortunately I received two broken mirrors. First delivery arrived in a damaged box and upon opening, mirror was completely shattered. WF customer service response was excellent. They wanted the shattered one back, and immediately replaced it with second mirror. FedEx picked up the original mirror a few days later and delivered the replacement. Second replacement box was not damaged, but upon opening it, the mirror was cracked. WF customer service issued a refund and did not want the second mirror back.

This mirror is stunning! I love the scalloped edges and the dark stained wood. It also has the hanging brads that look sturdy and has them on all corners so you can hang it horizontal or verticle. This will be perfect in my foyer!
