Customer Service, I had been saving $ to purchase this “a bit above my budget” beautiful poppy mural wallpaper! The day it arrived, I was very surprised to notice the current purchase price had dropped considerably! I called to hopefully get price adjusted & I should then get $100.+ refund. I was then told that is not policy. In order to take advantage of current price, I need to return & reorder?? I was sent return instructions etc & mailed. As soon as my return was accepted & refund processed, I had new order waiting to hit go! THEN… I realized the price had again went up! I was not able to take advantage of the sudden lower price!! I am upset about this! A project 6months in the making. Why couldn’t there have just been a price adjustment? Now I have nothing & am too angry to reorder @ higher price. Very disappointed!

I initially bought this wallpaper for a guest bathroom because of its durability, heat resistance, and ease of install. It was sent in pieces, which meant seams; and it was more like a watercolor with large pixelization and didn’t look good in a small space, so, I ended up returning it.

Its beautiful and when I put it up in my new house Ill send a pic!
