I bought this for its intended purpose (catch fruit flies) and because I like that it resembled an attractive "green glass apple." I still have it and because of how nice it looks. Even after ridding the fruit flies, I have it in a closet filled with nice and interesting things that I have no plan to throw away but am waiting for their next use to occur to me.
