Love the smell of this candle. Always have that is not the issue. First one came with minimal paper packaging broken. Replacement Came with no packaging at all broken worse than the first one. Very disappointed in Wayfair. Usually much better than this.

After two attempts of delivery and two broken candles, I finally received my beautiful WoodWick Vanilla Bean Candle. Why did I continue to have it replaced Because Wayfair customer service is UNMATCHED! I was treated so kindly and BOTH representatives were compassionate and went out of their way to take care of me. That being said, the candle has a wonderful throw and burns clean. The smell is heavenly but what really makes it stand out is the relaxing crackle. Perfection. Wayfair, you’re the best.
