This chess set is beautifully made and in my opinion much cheaper than it should be based on the craftsmanship. It was packaged well enough that it could have been kicked all the way to my door and it would still be in one piece. The board is heavy and the pieces are sturdy and have a nice feel when moving them. Highly recommend it...

Board is beautiful. Chess pieces can be improved. I ordered brass and bronzes chess pieces and kept the board. Looks more elegant now.
