La livraison et le retour se sont très bien déroulés. Je trouve que les frais de retour de livraison sont quand même dispendieux. Le coussin que j'avais choisi n'était pas de la bonne couleur.

Doesnt look like the picture is not supportive at it looks, the material is ruff almost like a carpet. Does feel soft at all

The description in their ad is not accurate. This is not an actual pillow. It is just a cloth bag filled with loose cotton baton. And what is worse, you cannot remove the outer cover to wash it as they claim in their ad. The outer cover of the one I received did not have button holes at all so I could not unbutton the buttons to remove the outer cover. There was no stitching where the button holes are supposed to be so you have no idea where to cut the button holes out. And the buttons were attached right to the outer cover and the so called pillow underneath. You cannot even try to fix it by removing the buttons and then sewing them back on as each button is attached to the corresponding button on the opposite side right through the bag of cotton baton. What a nightmare. I will be returning this as soon as Wayfair gets back to me with a return label. A different department has to approve it, apparently, before they will email me the return label. I am still waiting 4 days later!!

Love this king size pillow on my daybed in my guest room.. I use this area as my reading room and this pillow has made the bed so much more comfortable functional
