Picture appears to be 3D and colors blues and white. I got a flat picture that was mostly brown. No elevated waves. Then, I had to pay over $10 to return it. Not fair. Would have selected no stars had it been allowed

This picture looks NOTHING like it does on the website. The web makes it look like it is really colorful and 3D and it is like a plain piece of canvas not even close to being worth the money that they charged and then I had to pay to ship it back!
