The chalkboard is not painted. It’s laminate so it will not work with chalk. I’ll get some paint made for chalk board from the craft store. The doors don’t run smoothly on the rail when using the handles because they tilt and bind but can be accommodated by handling them from the top of the doors. Calvin. Abbotsford, BC. Mon May 25 2026
