Others warned that the paint job was substandard and truer words were never spoken. The item seemed to be well packaged but both one side of the stand and one side of the base had very severe chipped paint. Because of what appeared to be decent packaging I can’t help but believe the stand came out of the factory the way before it was packaged. Because I was going to paint it a different color anyhow I really don’t care that much about the condition of the paint. It seems to be sturdy enough and is very cute . The base is fairly heavy so the stand should be able to withstand a moderate wind without blowing over. I would recommend only to those who plan on repainting the stand.
