This entire order has been nothing but a disaster and disappointment!!! I ordered the the 30” x 24” back in the beginning of October. I received an 8” x 10” shortly after. I called and spoke with a very kind man gave him all my order info and he “fixed” the issue and requested a delivery of the correct size. However, he didn’t put the Apt in the delivery information even though it is correct on my file and for the original order, so UPS marked it undeliverable and I had to work with them. After a week and a day I then received a 16”x 20” and again had to call and work with customer service again. It’s now the end of October and the piece is delayedout of stock another 16x20 arrives and I again have to start the process over. I now have had 3 pieces delivered in the wrong size and had to call Wayfair and UPS every time this happens. Finally the correct piece was to be delivered on Thursday so when I get the email Wed and see no ApT I called to correct but it somehow doesn’t happen. I have to call UPS Thursday and they tell me I can pick it up instead. They call me an hour later with an address and time to pick up. I get there and nothing has been delivered and no notes on account! I get home today and another 16x20 is waiting at my door! 4 replacements still wrong!!!!. Jennifer. Jacksonville, FL.
