Really nice quality. Only comment is that you have to put the hardware on yourself and it’s a little difficult to remove the cardboard backing to put in your picture. Otherwise looks really nice.

Frustratingly, I'm more rating the service than the product. I ordered these frames as a part of an office project and the contractor work took longer than 30 days to complete. I opened the frames to set the pictures in and then mount, but discovered on a package with two frames, I only received one mounting hardware set. Because this was raised outside the 30 day window, they are unable to help. I realize I should've completely opened and unpacked a breakable item prior to the 30 day window and accept my role in that, but I'm frustrated on their lack of empathy and understanding that I am unable to mount this. I will work around it with a third party mounting kit, but a bit frustrating. Shipping the frames with all the pieces would've been quite helpful. Following up on this, I changed my rating to 4*. The agent, Sandeep, heard my question after going back and forth a few times and raised this with the appropriate team. I have not yet heard if they will send new mounting hardware, but I feel heard.
