This is a beautiful, lightweight ceramic bowl. The colored glaze is nicely done. It is perfect for my dried Australian Proteas. In the description, it did not say anything about what could be put in the bowl. I wanted to put live green plants in it, but when I got the bowl, there was a label on the bottom that said noot to put live plants in it. It is only for decorative items and artificial plants. Otherwise, it is a large item which met a need but not the intention when purchased.
