I have a unique aesthetic when it comes to decor. I have traveled around the world to many countries with their charming villages and towns with such amazing history. You can’t help but leave them with a little something to say you were there. After a while you have yourself quite a collection when you decide to settle down in one place. so when I decorate each room in the house, I say it has an eclectic bohemian design. It’s an incredible thing when your guest come to your home and feel like they’ve entered into someone’s private museum. I like to think that they have stepped into my mind, and took the journey through my past to all my wonderful memories. This is a piece that I found while scrolling through Wayfair.com that reminded me of a compass that passed on purchasing I traveled to South America. I regretted not buying that compass because it reminded me of the mini directions I traveled throughout the year and always knew which way was home. That compass would instantly remind me that your home is where ever you want the needle to point. For me, this needle pointed to the add to your cart button on the Wayfair screen and the minute I unpacked this beautiful redwood finish with silver accent and very intricate details. I knew exactly where I was going to place it. It was on top of a beautiful blue lacquered box with silver accent that I just so happened to find on this site as well. It just goes to show you that you can find the charm of any little village or town anywhere in this great world just by traveling through the Internet to this amazing store. I love my purchase then, and I certainly love this purchase that I placed on top of the other. It just reminds me that everything wayfare.com sells can be connected together if you just have the right eye, and know which way to point, your compass.
