Unless I’m missing something , the wick does not flicker as advertised / the enclosed directions say to press “candle” to get flickering , but that must be on the remote which for some reason was not included . On the directions, it said the remote had to be purchased separately . My very first complaint about Wayfair ( and I’ve purchased a lot from you ) , is that instead of just accepting my online return instructions, that they didn’t help solve the misrepresentation that these candles could be flickering. For the very first time , am very disappointed with Wayfair! Suggest a solution to

Exactly as shown in the picture. Perfect size and the candle is quite real looking. Love the remote control way to operate the flame.

I purchased these candles a month ago withholders to go on my fireplace mantle. They are so beautiful and life like. I highly recommend them. The light from the candles are warm and cozy.
