We were disappointed when we took it out of the box. It is 5 inches shorter than described on the website and the wood was crumbling and made a huge mess. Perigold graciously helped me with the return process.

They piece looks cool in selected areas. I would not suggest setting it on carpet, because it is heavy and slender, and it wobbles. I recommend it on a hard surface. Also, a little messy coming out of the box, because some tiny pieces of wood came off, but not too much of an issue.
