Housse de coussin carré et insert

The pillow insert is too big. And it makes the pillow cover very tight when you try to zip it up. This pillow needs to be outside since it’s rough and not soft or comfortable. The color and the pattern is nice.

This is a lovely, washable, nicely colored pillow that comes with an insert. The depth and detail in the looping looks like a finely hand-crafted rug of high-quality. I am usually happy to get pillows with an insert so I do not have to go shopping for one. However, in this case, the insert provided was so difficult to insert that I did not have the strength to do it. Luckily, my husband did. It is an extremely tight fit to the point of pulling apart the "invisible" zipper. It is as tight as a drum or a mylar balloon. It has no softness or cushion to it for leaning against, and no give to pop it on the top to add a dent. Great pillow if you can find a better insert, but then you have a landfill item. I was both blown away with its beauty and disappointed with the impracticality. I can probably prop it on a bed for show only. UPDATE: I upgraded my rating to four stars because the pillow was more comfortable than I thought it would be and allows me to sink into the chair without feeling bulky. And it is so pretty!
